			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A inceput sa se dezghete piata in ceea ce priveste organizarea teambuildingurilor. Tot mai multe companii realoca buget pentru astfel de activitati, fie chiar constienti de efectele lor, fie impinsi de situatii de criza aparute in interiorul companiei. Acestea pot include de la mici neintelegeri intre membrii echipei, pana la pierderi datorate ineficientei in echipa.</p>
<p>Odata decizia luata “ok, facem teambuilding” ramane problema investitiei. Multi vor rezultate rapide cu investitii minime atat de timp cat si de bani. Pe o parte e omenesc, toti vrem acelasi lucru, nu insa si realist. Sunt putini manageri de hr care atunci cand fac o solicitare de teambuilding stiu exact care este starea reala si ce isi doresc angajatii. De pe 2 fronturi situatia este vazuta clar in mod diferit. Neconcordantele de acest fel pot duce la un teambuilding esuat. Un teambuilding esuat este implicit unul care un isi atinge obiectivele. Faptul ca obiectivele un sunt atinse inseamna o pierdere in plus, de bani.</p>
<p>Cum facem atunci sa organizam ca si companie un teambuilding eficient (duce la atingerea obiectivelor), care sa pastreze un echilibru intre ceea ce isi doresc angajatii dar si ceea ce isi doreste compania?</p>
<p>Credem in eficienta teambuildingurilor organizate de Extreme Training. In fiecare experienta am punctat un lucru nou invatat si am ajuns sa spunem ca facem un lucru doar daca il chiar putem face. Suntem sinceri. Din aceasta experienta cumulata trasez in continuare cateva idei pentru eficientizarea unui teambuilding:</p>
<p>-          lucrati cu o firma specializata inca din primele faze de conturare. Profesionistii isi vor da disponibilitatea mereu pentru fazele premergatoare obtinerii unui contract</p>
<p>-          faceti o analiza de nevoi in companiei, atat la nivelul angajatilor cat si la nivelul conducerii (intrebati clar unde vad ei ca ar fi probleme si cum vad solutionarea lor). Cum spuneam mai sus, aceeasi problema vazuta de pe 2 fronturi arata diferit</p>
<p>-          centralizati datele cu atentie si obiectiv, chiar daca nu va place ce aflati nu inseamna ca nu este corect sau important</p>
<p>-          pe baza datelor stranse stabiliti obiectivele pentru sesiunea de teambuilding</p>
<p>-          colaborati cu experitii in consultanta in alcatuirea programului</p>
<p>-          in functie de acest program, stabiliti cate din obiective pot fi atinse in acel timp (niciodata nu o sa poata fi atinse toate in aceeasi sesiune)</p>
<p>-          luati in calcul faptul ca de cele mai multe ori, din cauze externe, programul se decaleaza</p>
<p>-          ascultati in permanenta sfaturile expertului in consultanta; incercati sa ajungeti la un compromis care sa fie in beneficiul companiei dumneavoastra</p>
<p>-          la sfarsitul sesiunii de teambuilding aplicati chestionare de feedback, pe moment este singura voastra unitate de masura sau de raportare</p>
<p>-          prin metode personale incercati sa implementati cat mai mult din lucrurile invatate la teambuilding in activitatea zilnica a angajatilor, puteti chiar stabili un sistem de monitorizare sau chiar “premiere”</p>
<p>-          organizati sesiuni de follow-up cu trainerul sau expertii in consultanta; acum incep sa se vada rezultate</p>
<p>-          stabiliti clar metodele prin care se face evaluarea obiectivelor urmarite</p>
<p>Sunt lucruri simple dar daca reusiti sa tineti cont de ele veti avea un teambuilding mai mult decat reusit, perfect adaptat nevoilor angajatilor. Cum o companie inseamna angajati, mai mult ca sigur cresterea echipei va genera cresterea companiei.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ne-am intors din teambuilding cu zambetul pe buze. A fost frumos si relaxant.</p>
<p>Teambuildingul a mers mult in directia dezvoltarii personale asa ca am invatat cum sa ne stabilim obiective, strategii, cum sa ne facem ancore, cum sa stabilim ce nevoi avem, cum sa ne dezvoltam gandirea laterala. A fost un teambuilding din care fiecare a avut ceva de invatat.</p>
<p>Locatia a fost excelenta, ne-am plimbat pe Dunare cu salupa, am facut picnic si foc de tabara.</p>
<p>Teambuildingul are atat de multe sensuri&#8230;pentru HR &#8211; performanta, inchegarea echipei, dezvoltare individuala prin echipa, pentru participanti &#8211; distractie (de cele mai multe ori asa e) iar pentru noi ca furnizori, aceste doua directii trebuie sa atinga un punct de echilibru. Atunci cand fiecare participant pleaca de la teambuilding cu o descoperire despre propria persoana, cu un plus (fie de informatie, fie de experienta practica) noi suntem poate cei mai fericiti.</p>
<p>Sper ca acest teambuilding a atins obiectivele stabilite si sper ca participantii s-au simtit bine. Pe moment asta s-a simtit.</p>

Desi e devreme, e o buna dispozitie generala, lumea glumeste pe o parte, pe cealalta parte rezolva ultimele lucruri care au legatura cu biroul sau orice altceva. Urmeaza teambuildingul.<br />

<p>Teambuildingul cuprinde o gama variata de activitati, de obicei desfasurate intr-un contect business, pentru imbunatatirea performantelor echipei. Teambuildingul se face printr-o serie de activitati, putand varia de la activitati simple de relationare pana la activitati complexe de dinamica a grupului sau simulari, toate cu scopul de a inchega o echipa.</p>
<p>Teambuildingul devine un element central in orice mediu organizational, axandu-se pe scoaterea la lumina a tot ceea ce este mai bun intr-o echipa, cu scopul autodezvoltarii, comunicarii pozitive, imbunatatirea performantelor de leadership si imbunatatirea lucrului in echipa.</p>
<p>In istoria dezvoltarii teambuildingului primul rol important l-a avut Freud care in 1920 a facut cateva studii referitor la dinamica grupului, termen legat de cel de leader. Tot in aceeasi perioada McDoughall sugereaza cinci conditii principale pentru ca dinamica unui grup sa functioneze la nivel inalt. El devine recunoscut astfel ca primul &#8220;team-builder&#8221;</p>
<p>In 1945 Lewin a pus bazele Centrului de studiu a dinamicii grupului, unde au fost conduse teste ani la rand. O importanta majora a fost acordata performantei grupului si in cercetarile din cel de-al doilea razboi mondial. Incepand cu anii 1980, Statele Unite implementeaza sistemul de recompensa a echipei datorita inflatiei si datoriilor internationale; in acest punct se schimba complet modul de a vedea o echipa in zona business.</p>
<p>Din 1990 a inceput era echipelor de inalta performanta si pana in prezent au aparut foarte multe firme de consultanta al caror scop este dezvoltarea performantelor echipei.</p>
<p><strong>Obiectivele </strong>unui teambuilding includ, fara a se limita la acestea:</p>
<ul>
<li><em>comunicare imbunatatita</em></li>
<li><em>spatiu de lucru mai placut</em></li>
<li><em>motivarea echipei</em></li>
<li><em>cunoasterea mai buna a colegilor echipei</em></li>
<li><em>productivitate imbunatatita a echipei</em></li>

<p>Numai de bine!</p>
<p>In principiu da. Teambuilding, asa cum ii spune numele = construirea echipei. Nu exista teambuilding fara rezultate, decat atunci cand este facut cu lipsa de interes. Am auzit pe cineva spunand <em>&#8220;teambuilding&#8230;.aaa&#8230;..doar distractie&#8221;</em> Pe o parte da. Este importanta crearea unui mediu placut si relaxant pentru a ajuta participantii sa se deschida fata de ideile in discutie si fata de colegi, respectivi ei insisi. Important este ca aceasta &#8220;distractie&#8221; este facuta cu cap, de profesionisti. Pana si simpla ridicare a unui cartonas de joc are un motiv bine gandit dinainte si un rezultat anticipat.</p>
<p>Si acum&#8230;de ce un teambuilding marca Expert Teambuilding? Pai&#8230;.pentru ca personalizam. Ne intereseaza ce se intampla in companie, stam si discutam, aflam toate problemele, dupa care venim cu propunerea. Nu avem doua teambuildinguri la fel prin prisma faptului ca problemele care trebuie acoprite si rezolvate sunt mereu altele. Exista un fir pe care ne axam si pe care il completam cu informatia venita din exterior.</p>
<p>Avem teambuildinguri axate pe joc de grup sau teambuildinguri care includ intr-o anumita masura si esiuni de training. Oricum ar fi construit, feedbackul obtinut ne-a confirmat ca am ales o cale buna!</p>
<p>Avem deschidere si disponibilitatea de a face un teambuilding &#8220;sa merite&#8221; pentru fiecare din participantii nostri.</p>
<p>Nu vad elemente pe lista de &#8220;contra&#8221; teambuilding&#8230;&#8230;e building si nu demolition <img src='http://www.expert-teambuilding.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

In aceeasi metropola, a fost deschis un magazin cu produse donate, pe care le poate lua oricine, pe gratis. &#8220;Ce e gratis la New York!&#8221; Aceasta este initiativa care are un real succes printre americanii greu loviti de criza financiara. De exemplu, in Central Park sunt organizate adevarate cursuri de supravietuire, pe gratis. Un american da lectii despre cum se poate trai numai cu produse din natura.&#8221;Oamenii vor sa economiseasca bani, mai ales din cei alocati pentru mancare. Cu tot respectul, as vrea sa facem aceasta diferentiere intre Teambuilding si Drink Buildingul. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span lang="RO">Ce este un Teambuilding Reusit?</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"><span lang="RO">Un teambuilding reusit este acel eveniment care-si atinge obiectivele. Aici incepe aventura! Ce-si doreste clientul de la teambuildingul respectiv, care dintre obiective sunt realiste? Care este profilul participantului? Acestea sunt doar cateva intrebari de la care trebuie inceputa discutia. Uneori, clientul nu stie, iar aici intervine clar rolul companiei care trebuie sa ajute clientul sa se decida asupra obiectivelor. Totodata, este mai mult decat necesar, sa se incurajeze clientul la stabilirea unor obiective realiste. A promite marea cu sarea, cel putin pentru noi, nu este o practica.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="RO"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="RO">Pentru un teambuilding de doua zile nu trebuie stabilite mai mult de 3-4 obiective, altfel risti sa nu mai atingi nici unul. Mai jos aveti cateva exemple de obiective care ar putea fi atinse in cadrul unui teambuilding. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="RO"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="IT">Sunt relevate, urmarite, si dezvoltate in cadrul teambuildingului inteligent urmatoarele tipuri de competente si abilitati:</span></p>
<p>&#8211;&gt; consolidarea echipei;<br />
&#8211;&gt; folosirea eficienta a resurselor;<br />
&#8211;&gt; capacitatea de a lua decizii potrivite;<br />
&#8211;&gt; folosirea eficienta a timpului;<br />
&#8211;&gt; abilitatea de a lucra in echipa;<br />
&#8211;&gt; cresterea increderii in ceilati membri ai echipei;<br />
&#8211;&gt; cresterea increderii in fortele proprii;<br />
&#8211;&gt; orientarea catre rezultate si solutii;<br />
&#8211;&gt; aplanarea conflictelor interpersonale si transformarea lor in oportunitati;<br />
&#8211;&gt; dezvoltarea abilitatilor de comunicare;<br />

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"><span lang="IT">Dupa cum observati, in obiectivele de mai sus figureaza si obiective care, aparent nu fac obiectivele unui teambuilding. Din experienta, va spun insa, ca pot fi realizate teambuildinguri extraordinare care au unul dintre obiective, dezvoltarea abilitatilor de vorbire si prezentare sau de dezvoltarea creativitatii. De exemplu aceste doua obiective puse sub cupola “consolidarii echipei”, fac din actiunea respectiva un teambuilding memorabil, in sesnul ca se da un continut teambuildingului, se da o tematica. </span><span lang="PT-BR">Daca doar organizam haotic exercitii de comunicare , fara o tema anume sau o poveste,<span> </span>radamentul este mai mic si nu se activeaza acea invatare pe care eu o numesc “invatare discreta”</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span lang="FR">De ce este team building-ul nu numai inteligent ci si  eficient pentru echipa ?<br />

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span lang="FR">Eficienta unui teambuilding este data de obiectivele alese, de programul ales, de trainerii care implementeaza programul, si nu in ultimul rand, de profilul participantilor. Mai jos aveti o lista argumentativa privind eficienta teambuildingulu :</span></strong></p>

&#8211;&gt; participantii pornesc de la acelasi nivel, mediul este strain, astfel ca nu exista comportamente invatate;<br />
&#8211;&gt; este un mod interesant si eficace de imbunatatire a relatiilor intr-o echipa;<br />
&#8211;&gt; exista posibilitatea descoperirii unor noi aptitudini individuale sau de grup;<br />
&#8211;&gt; intareste relatiile existente;<br />
&#8211;&gt; simplifica procesul cunoasterii membrilor echipei intr-un alt mod;<br />
&#8211;&gt; ajuta la identificarea problemelor existente in grup si inlaturarea acestora ulterior;<br />
&#8211;&gt; motiveaza membrii;<br />
&#8211;&gt; scoate in evidenta importanta comunicarii in echipa;<br />
&#8211;&gt; clarifica rolul fiecaruia in echipa;<br />
&#8211;&gt; scoate in evidenta nivelul de organizare in grup;<br />
&#8211;&gt; imbunatateste tonusul muscular, intarind astfel organismul;<br />
&#8211;&gt; inseamna relaxare psihica;<br />
&#8211;&gt; ajuta la atingerea obiectivelor comune si la indeplinirea sarcinilor in mod optim;<br />
&#8211;&gt; e important pentru construirea sau reconstruirea echipei;</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>De curand am organizat un teambuilding la Sambata de Jos. Fara indoiala, a fost un teambuilding reusit. Acesta a fost facut pentru HDS Inmedio, o companie multinationala franceza, care se ocupa in principal de distributie presa.</p>
<p>Sarcina noastra, dificila de altfel, a fost sa imbinam:</p>
<p>-    jocurile de cooperare pentru consolidarea echipelor<br />
-    o sedinta, interdepartamentala<br />
-    o sesiune de imbunatatire a relatiilor dintre departamente<br />
-    vizitele la obiective turistice<br />
-    un treasure  hunt!<br />
-    buna dispozitie si fair play-ul</p>
<p>N-a fost usor, dar am reusit, obiectivele teambuildingul au fost atinse. Acest lucru s-a datorat deopotriva trainerilor Extreme Training, cat si participantilor la teambuilding.  Aveti mai jos cateva poze.</p>
<p>Multumesc inca odata pe aceasta cale si trainerilor Sami si Sebi care au depus eforturi incununate cu succes!</p>
